Sitting down together in person for a consultation can help you decide if I am the right therapist to help you. In this a free 15-minute consultation, we will discuss my confidentiality and payment policies, briefly discuss some of the struggles you are having, and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about my experience, therapy "style," or the therapy process. This is also a good opportunity to figure out the cost of sessions with your insurance benefits, if that applies. Due to COVID, I am only doing telehealth appointments at this time.
